The fourth grade Spelling program focuses on expanding visual memory skills while concentrating on word meaning and usage. Phonetic principles are reviewed to develop rules of exceptions in spelling. Students take ownership in learning how to spell correctly through extensive writing activities, proofreading exercises, scriptural application, and evaluation of their progress.
