Important perspectives on faith and life are presented in several themes established in the sixth grade literature program. The various selections encourage students to think beyond their daily experiences. Students have the opportunity to read selections of poetry, nonfiction, folklore, fictional narratives, nonfiction narratives, historical fiction, and biographies. Students will have the opportunity to develop their Christian world perspective by reading a variety of these genres.
