The
California department of Standards have set forth minimum
expectation for all school age children attending both
public and private schools. NorthPointe Leadership Academy
(NPLA) recognizes these standards as minimum expectations
for all students. It is expected that all NPLA students
will exceed such standards across all disciplines.
Elements of Our Plan
The intent of the NPLA strategic plan
is to discuss, articulate, and constantly evaluate our
goals as a Faith Based School. The plan address the
important issue facing our nation; a moral decay compounded
by mediocrity in our academic standards.

Effective strategic planning has three significant
components: succinctness, quantifiable measures of success,
and accountability.
Process
The NPLA strategic plan arose from a need to respond
to the unmet personal and pedagogical needs in the Northern
most part of Fresno.
